Terms & Postage

POSTAL SERVICES

Orders are sent via Australia Post Standard, Express and Registered Post, you can select your preferred method, after selecting shipping destination in the Secure Checkout page.  We recommend for your Protection and Insurance, Registered Post for all Orders of AUD$100+, a tracking number will be issued upon receipt of payment.

 

REGISTERED POST

Large orders or orders deemed neccesary, wll be sent via Registered Post, adjusted postal rate will be charged to your order (if not selected in the Secure Order Method) a Tracking number will be provided for your reference.

 

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders are processed within 7 - 14 days, depending on stock levels, however please allow upto 21 days for delivery.  Delivery times quoted are a guide only, if there is any delay, we will notify you. You will kept informed throughout your order process.

 

REFUNDS

Please consider your purchase carefully, we do not refund if the product does not suite your purpose.

All photographs are of the actual product, at all times we try to ensure their accuracy, slight colour variations can occur in the finished visual product.  If you have any concerns, please contact us direct for clarification.

We only accept returns for faulty items, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.  Upon return of the item, we will either send you a replacement or offer a refund, if we no longer have the item in stock.  We do not refund on postage, return of item is at the buyers expense.

 

DAMAGED ITEMS DURING TRANSIT

We check and package all items carefully to ensure they are received in perfect condition - in the event that your item is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. 

 

PROPERTY & DELIVERY OF GOODS

We, Christinas Bridal Elegance and the purchaser agree, that once goods leave our premises the risk passes to the purchaser.  Delivery of the goods to the purchaser's agent, carrier or representative shall consitute delivery to the purchaser.  Freight and transit insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser.  These costs are excluded from the price of goods sold and the postage costs.  We can, at the purchaser's request, arrange freight and transit insurance on the purchaser's behalf.  This must be requested at the time of ordering.  However all costs incurred will be the responsibility of the purchaser and must be paid in full prior to shipping of the order.
